naked like

hello to mr goose and ms bump!

naked like out of the shower too 

dismayed to lotion and cherish the way 

my shoulder could be a sand dune in someone’s 

golden hour

the little bumps on my shape just 

call out to be smoothed

and they don’t even care that orange peels

are textured

the little juice pockets in a citrus aren’t smooth

and I should be more committed to warm lighting

and tossing myself around in my bed fresh from a wash

but there’s a hole in my fitted sheet that is getting 

bigger and bigger

and its a portal for sure

but it only

connects to my tomorrow

so falling into it is a heart stopper
